Client Map / Mind Mapping

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to use MS Dynamics CRM for Client Mapping, to show the various relationships held by different users in our business with our clients.  Preference would be to be able to show in it in Organisational Chart if possible.  Or is there a plugin we can get?

Some in our organisation are starting to use XMIND to map these out, but I think seems crazy to be doing this completely seperate/independent of CRM.

Any help would be great!

Nathan

    Hi Spaco,

If I understand the problem you could utilize the Connection Roles to model your intent. You can specify each kind of roles you prefer in this way (more roles for customer also).

For the charts... what kind of chart would you like develop?

    Let me know.

    Bye

I think connections might be the way to go, we haven't used any of them yet.  Trying to plan this before we start to ensure we get the right result.  I have attached an image of what we are trying to achieve.  The right hand side called "HASSELL" is our organisation, the CLIENT side will be the client and their contacts, and then trying to map the connections between our organisations.
