Concept of Business Unit Head

I am required to include the /Business Unit Head/ user in an email flow.

However, I don't see such a field or configuration in a Business Unit.

May I know how can this be achieved?

Hi,

You can edit the Business Unit information form to add a Business Unit Head lookup user field.

Noted on @Dengliang's answer that there is no OOTB field, and I need to create the field manually. This achieved my intended purpose.

Unable to mark @Dengliang's answer as Verified due to infinite loop though.
