Hi team,
I want to know that is there any functionality in talent for Exit interview after the employee/worker gets terminated.
If yes, then please guide me and if not then how can we make it.

Are you talking about interview activities in Attract app when hiring new candidates?
If so, just edit interviewers and then clear the toggle for this person, then update.
Please kindly correct me if I misunderstand anything here.

There is no such out-of-box functionality. HR/Manager has to create a record in Reviews and need to follow-up that. This is a manual process and it is independent of the terminate functionality.
