Hi,
I really hope someone can help because other than raising a call with Microsoft, I believe I have exhausted all other checks.
We have a dialog process and when the user clicks 'finish' the process sets to 'completed' or if they click 'cancel' the process sets to 'cancelled'.
For one user only, each time they run through the dialog (and click finish) each of their jobs in process sessions shows as 'in progress' and I don't know why.
I've checked their roles compared to the other users who run it without any problems.
I deleted all the old processes still in progress in case CRM needed to clear those jobs to start processing again. I've come in today and the 30-ish she has done this morning are all in progress.
Does anyone know why this could be?

I forgot to add that the actual steps within the process all work otherwise that would be a MAJOR problem, but I need these to show as completed not in progress.
