Real Time Marketing Segments Behavorial

Dear Community,
 
I would like to have a RTM segment where I can see all /Hard Bounces in the last 28 days/. Problem: There is only one tile for bounces, so I think soft bounces are also included in it, right?
Now, how can I implement my requirement without using on Outbound Marketing (here the time specification /last 28 days/ is not possible)?

    Hi Ferdinand,
    I had a similar problem. The solution to your problem should be to add a condition on that Bounced entity for type "Hard":
     

     
    but when I try to use that, I get an error:
     
    This has been reported to Microsoft, so should be fixed soon.
     
    Till then, I found this work-around using the bounce category:
     
    That works OK.

    thank you for your answer! The workaround is very smooth. But can you please tell me why you entered invalid-mailbox twice?

    My understanding is that the hard bounce interaction never gets removed so if you filter and user updates that record it still will not be sent. Thus we let the MS 6 mo suppression work as intended and if the email is updated it does send immediately in outbound - I assume it works same for real time.
