How i know inventory implementation is connected with purchasing department and give correct result because (i don't know in which place(windows or form) i write stock

Are you a user trying to use NAV for the first time or a third party looking to integrate with NAV and update the inventory from another program?

As Neville states, it is difficult to understand what you are trying to do. If you are trying to record initial inventory, then you would post the inventory typically through the Item Journal to establish beginning stock levels. However, the posting of the Item quantity is also dependent upon the Location Card Setup. If the the company is setup to use Location Codes and the Location is setup to use Directed Put-away and Pick, you would have to post through the Warehouse Item Journal first. Then, you would run the Item Journal and use the Calculate Warehouse Adjustment, which will calculate the quantity necessary to update the Item Quantity at the Item Ledger level and then post the Item Journal to sync the Warehouse Entries and Item Ledger Entries' quantity. Without knowing more details of your setup and specifically what you are trying to do, it is very difficult. You then add something about Purchasing Department, so I also don't understand if you are now trying to get into planning and requisitioning of inventory. Please clarify what you are specifically trying to do so further guidance can be provided.
