Install and Configure Dynamics 365 apps for Customer Engagement Module

Hi Dynamics 365 Communities,
 
I am going to install Dynamics 365 Apps in our environment for Customer Engagement Modules.
 
However get the following apps with /Enabled/ and /Not Configured/ Status for 3 different Publishers (Dynamics 365, Dynamics SMB and Microsoft Power Pages):
 
As am new in using Dynamics 365 apps, could anyone kindly advise on which apps is required to installed for this Customer Engagement Modules.
Also with the one with /Not Configured/ status, is there any reference document I can refer on how configure that item/s please.
 
Any advise is highly appreciated.
