Hi,

According to the official documentation.
Enable and configure Sales Insights | Microsoft Learn

However, Dynamics 365 for Sales (On-Premises) uses Client Access Licenses.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) editions and licensing | Microsoft Learn

Therefore, the premium sales insights feature should not be available in Dynamics 365 (On-Premises).

Enable and configure Sales Insights | Microsoft Learn
For Dynamics 365 on-premises, the Sales Insights Assistant feature is available.
