Can you tell me that how are you running the jobs, through channel database or distribution schedule?

This is all alright as you described above. And let me highlight this to you here is that it is just happening sometimes.
basically it runs fine for some days and suddenly some day it throws this error.

Hi Vinod,
Please check Followings,
Go to retail channel configuration utility and check Channel Database name , Server Name are correct.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\CDX\Async Client\Package, and Run As Administrator AsyncClientConfigurationUtility.exe and Test Connection.
if Async Server Connection OK, you will get massage "connection was succeeded !".if not there may be issue with Async Server Configuration.
