Missed calls In-app notifications not showing

Hi, I'm trying to get notifications within Dynamics for missed calls. I have fulfilled all the requirements that Microsoft sets, do you know if any more step is needed or if any condition is necessary for the notifications to appear? Has anyone managed to get them to appear? I'm doing the test by making a call and not picking it up. Checking the notification table I see that no log is being generated.
