After almost 9 months in the works, my book is finally published and is available from AmazonWorking with Microsoft Forms and Customer Voice provides a hands-on approach to use  Microsoft Forms and Dynamics 365 Customer Voice capabilities for common feedback scenarios and includes best practice tips-and-tricks that will have your solution up-and-running quickly.  The book also includes step-by-step instructions on integrating the survey with related technology such as Teams, Power Automate and Power BI for an end-to-end scenario. By the end of this book, you will be able to build and deploy your complete solution using Microsoft Forms or Dynamics 365 Customer Voice that includes listening to customers or employees, interpreting their feedback, taking timely follow up action, and monitoring results.

Throughout the years, I have the privilleges to work with many great people - both inside and outside Microsoft. One of them is Megan Walker whose family is recently impacted by Alzheimer.
