W1 21.3 Business central mistake traslate spanish

Until January 16, 2023 Monday Business central work correctly in Spanish. Since yesterday I have mixed options in Spanish and English. Does anyone know what happened to the language? My settings are in Spanish(Mexico)

My configuration

Additionally install a Spanish translation app that worked fine until Monday

APP installed

Before I saw everything in Spanish now I see this

and the same when I use locking for:

Anyone knows what's going on with the version W1 21.3 ? because is the only thing diferent in my Business central between Monday and Tuesday

    Update: It appears that this standard language pack issue in BC 21.3 has been resolved.
