1) How do we setup FB ad manager apps in our journeys, i could not find a place to setup these social ad manager apps. Use case: if a customer wants to target a segment list and he wants to send an email and SMS to this segment list using journeys and then send FB Ad to people who have not responded to the emails/SMS from the segmented group. How do we achieve this ? I don't want to use customer insights - Data, Typical Re-Marketing scenarios
2) How easy it is to create a custom channel e.g.: say customer wants to send SMS using a SMS provider who is not part of our native SMS integrations. how easy it is to create/add a new provider and are there any complexities which i should take into my considerations
