data exporter - systemuserroles

Hi 

We've set up Data Exporter to replicate the CRM data to Asure SQL. This works fine, however, I need to get at users and roles

As I believe the relationship is systemuser -> systemuserroles -> roles

I can't find the systemuserroles entity anywhere, and I've finding it really difficult to create a simple report.

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi,

    While setting up Data export service, you will have to go to Relationship tab and select Systemuserroles relation and then update. It will sync the data.

    To update you data export service if you have already set it up, you could create on Manage relationship ribbon button on data export service set up page and select checkbox next to system user relationship and click on.

    Hello,

    You can modify your DES profile to include such entities and relationships as ::

    Just ensure that the entities have change tracking enabled else they won't show up highlighted here.

    However, not all of the out of the box relationships are available to be exported which includes systemuser-role as well.
