TimelilineWall filter pane not loading in Dashboards
Add some screenshot, your version number, to troubleshoot further.

Agree with the above suggestion. Did you mean the Timeframe Filter pane not loading in Dashboards?
If it is, could you help to check your version as these filter only exists in V9 or later Online.
