Sales Hub missing

Hi,

I am having a strange issue in sales hub in power apps. I have myself and another user setup with the exact same permissions, sales hub is shared with the other user with the sales enterprise access permissions.
When they download and install the Power apps app on their iphone the sales hub is not showing in the "all apps" section.
The user can see and access the sales hub via a web browser fine but the app is strange.

In my power apps app, I have the sales hub favourited for some time, but when I look at all apps its not showing here, so my guess is if I remove it from my favourite in the app I will not be able to access it either.

Please assist.

    Hi,

    1) “Show in Mobile” setting is disabled
Even if a user has the required security role, the App Module itself must be enabled for mobile access.
Steps to check: Go to https://make.powerapps.com -> Open your Model-Driven App -> Go to Settings -> Turn “Can be used offline” (Show in Mobile) as ON

If this setting is off, the app will not appear on mobile.

    2) Using the wrong mobile app
Sales Hub is a Dynamics 365 model-driven app, even though it runs on the Power Apps platform.
Users should install “Dynamics 365 for Phones” instead of the generic Power Apps mobile app to see Sales Hub and similar D365 apps.

    3) Mobile Offline configuration is not set
For apps that require offline or mobile access, Mobile Offline must be configured.

This is done from: Power Platform Admin Center Settings → Users + permissions → Mobile configuration

Here you need to Create or edit a Mobile Offline Profile, Select required tables, Define sync filters (which records sync), Configure relationships, Assign users to the profile.

This ensures only necessary data syncs to mobile devices, improving performance and security—especially important for apps like Sales or Field Service.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!
