3D parts from the toolkit do not seem to load. Any idea what is wrong?

Based on previous experience, it is recommended that you uninstall the Guides solution and reinstall it:

please check if the 3D toolkit is installed correctly and that all components are up to date. If the 3D toolkit is malfunctioning, you should contact technical support for assistance. In some cases, the 3D toolkit may need to be reinstalled. thank you
