Entity Image Broken on Dynamics 365 V9 On-Premise

I have Dynamics 365 V9.0.9.4 On-Premise, and if viewing any record in Unified Interface the Entity Image does not display, it shows a small icon.

To give more details, I created a contact and uploaded an image, it shows perfectly fine in the classic client, while in the Unified Interface it dislays a small broken image icon.

I think it's a bug from Microsoft, please let me know if it was solved in later Updates.

    It looks like a bug. I would recommend to open a ticket with Microsoft to get it resolved.

    it is a bug, but I did find a work around, so it seems the Images in Unified Interface will only render on the default Organization created while installing Dynamics 365, but you can modify the default organization using SQL and set your preferred org. as default.
