We are facing an issue on budget module, so funds are available but we can't post transactions for the same combination.
We have no groups on budget configuration and budget available formula does not includ draft documents.
Please see screenshot for more details.

What I can see from there is that you have a budget on account 602000.
At the same time, the transaction is made for a transaction combination that includes different financial dimensions.
I believe it it this issue - the additional findims - and the way how you setup your budget control configuration why this error is triggered.
You need to ensure that the budget is checked at the main account level only irrespective of the different findims used in the transaction.

We are using two financial dimension as budget control dimension (Main account and additional dimension)
So the issue is :
When we check fund for combination 602000-P07 : 1 745 294,23 Available as remaining budget
When try to post journal for the same combination: 1 745 294,23 Fail fund check when try to post.

To me it is still not clear how you setup your budget control rules especially against the background that you two different findims for budget control.
The error message seems to be the result of the fact that you budget on two findims only but that you use multiple findims in your transaction.
Please check your budget control rules and how they handle and control for the other findims that you are not using for budget control purposes.
There must have been something overlooked in your setup there.
