Edit Mark Complete button on Task Entity and Change Status options

Hi Experts,

When I click on Mark Complete button on Task entity. I want to edit the the option set values.
like instead Cancelled to "Unable to complete"

When I choose "Unable to  complete" then want to show another multiple line field as reason.

So I need to do two things here...

1. Edit existing Cancelled option to Unable to complete.

2. When unable to complete selected, show another reason field.


Please help here to do this task.
