Virtual Entity Power Automate Trigger When Record is Created

Hi,

I have created a power automate on Virtual Entity when new record created setup new alert rule on Virtual Entity form, routed to business event catalog created an Endpoint of Power Flow and everything is working fine.

When the new record inserted power automates runs successfully but it doesn't expose meaningful information of record inserted it gives this information Record-ID. How can we get "Guid" of the record by this "Record-Id". Kindly suggest a way to get the last inserted record information via Dataverse.

I have utilized a direct trigger when the record is created but it gives an error "Virtual Entity not supported!"

    Hello,

I don't think virtual entities support change tracking.

    Hi Juan,

Yes, it doesn't support change tracking that's the reason why I have configured an alert rule for record creation and then calls a flow. Flow runs right after insertion in entity but displaying Record ID(which is not GUID) and Long URL which opens the last inserted record looks like this.

How can I access the GUID of the last inserted record by this not sure this query parameter 'q' has encoded GUID in it.

Kindly suggest a way to fetch details of the last inserted record.

    Thanks,

    Muhammad Saad Rafiq
