As per the error, you need to setup the needed posting group for the process that you run.
You can learn more about posting groups in general here: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh168345(v=nav.90).aspx
What exactly are you trying to run, and what localization do you use?
Check for field payroll posting group from where you are posting the payroll related entries and check the setups for payroll also
