Printing/Viewing of Payment Journal/Vouchers

When we make a Payment journal to a Supplier, we are able to view and print this through the Vendor Ledger Entries.

But where do we go to View/Print Payment vouchers that are Bank to Bank transfers, Payment made directly to expenses account.

Hope someone can help with this.

    Hello Nazir.

    What you raised a very good point. We can print any transaction documents when a Customer or Vendor is involved. But when we make a payment or say a transfer transaction between Bank Account or GLs, you can only print "Document Entries" for those type of transactions.

    And if you need to print that as a transactional document, you need to create a customized report for that, if it's required by the client or user

    Other then that you can use the default bank account ledger reports or GL reports which shows the transaction in it in briefs.
