When i create financial dimension in free trail Microsoft environment and try to active it
i got a massage about maintenance mode " i have to turn on maintenance mode "
i don't have any idea about solving this issue

To activate financial dimension, you need to enable maintenance mode from LCS, however since this is only trial env you are using, you won't be able to do that as you don't have lcs access for that particular env.

As Ramit suggested there is a no other way to enable maintainance mode on trial environment.
This are the limitation of trial environment.
For more information Andre has written a blog. It was published 2 years ago, but you can refer to the limitations of using trail environment.

To fix this issue or to activate the financial dimension, you need to enable the maintenance mode on your targeted environment. only then you can activate the Financial Dimension.
Login to LCS, navigate to your environment, go to Maintain menu and click on enable maintenance mode.
