how to see Time Entries with status Draft and Submitted on a Project

Hi all,

Under Actuals i found the Approved Time related to the project
i would also like to have a view with the Draft entries and the Submitted time entries related to the project
can anyone pint me in the right direction on how to accomplish this / create these views?

Our implementation partner created a report so we could see statuses of Draft, Submitted, Recall Requested, Returned and Canceled. The same issue exists with expense - only those that are approved are viewable.

Hi Leonardu,

in your screenshot you're showing associated actuals of the project. Draft Time Entries do not have Actuals yet. You would need to create a subgrid on the project form or a dashboard that shows time entries. Of course there's also always the option to create a PowerBI Report that shows draft time entries and actuals in a consolidated view.

Hi Thomas, tnx for pointing me in the right direction!

i created a subgrid on the project form that shows the time entries with entry status draft and submitted

and created a calculated field which shows the total amount of non approved entries next to it
