Error while generating actuals in dynamics 365 project service automation

we are facing an issue in project service automation basic functionality, when we are creating an time entry and that time entry is getting approved and actuals are created but the description field is not copying in the actual transaction record rest of the field are getting copied from the time entry but description field is not getting copied, this thing is not happening every time we are creating and approving the time entry it is just happening once in a while.
