Power BI with Data Source CRM

ReportReport

Hi
I have few questions for the Power BI report and Data Source is Dynamics CRM
---------------First is "$ requests from "Case Stage A" to "Case Stage B" Conversion". Ratio calculation Total $ in "Case Stage B" divided by total $ in Case Stage A.
-----------------second is "# of requests from "Case Stage A" to "Case Stage B" Conversion". Ratio calculation should be the total # of requests in "Case Stage B" divided by the total # of requests in "Case Stage A"
Is This Possible; These two Case Stages are in One field(Option Set). they are not in separate columns.
How can I achieve it? Please help me Thank You

    Thank You for responding.

    1)  I have a case Stage field (Option Set)

    2) I also have a request amount field

    3) Total cases

I would like to know how much it changes in the Dollar request amount from Case Stage A to Case Stage B.

If case stage A has 6 M or (could be any number) dollars in total; by Case stage B it came to 4 M dollars (Request amount in total, we are counting all cases and summing their amounts )

And same for total cases in Case stage A and in whats the ratio changed till Case stage B

How to find the ratio from Case Stage A to Case stage B

    I hope you understand this

Hi it looks like you want to report on changing values, but your dataverse record only shows you the current value. So you need to extract old values from somewhere else.

You could try to get these values from the audit trail, but that’s not an easy table to get to.

You could create a history table that saves the stage and amount every time it changes. This can be done with a classic or modern workflow. That way you have a historic snapshot that you can you in your report.

We use it for calculating the duration between stage changes.

Thank you so much for your answer and I will try implementing it your way.

    Thanks Again
