Is there a feature in AX where the approver also receives an email when the workflow is approved by him?

That's an interesting question. If the approver hits the approval button why do you need to inform him about that?
Are you rather looking for an historical approval report or something alike?

You may hook in the workflow engine and generate additional e-mails with customization, the classes are available in the AOT for modification.

Actually there is a requirement from the auditor to have the list of all expense reports approved by the manager and there might be cases where it has been approved by someone else in case of delegation.

Was just checking if that can be done without customization.
In the travel and expense module we have the approved expense report list page. If you make a system modification and add the approver of the expense report, wouldn't that be sufficient for your auditors?
