D365 8.2 accessibility in Mobile browser

Hi,

We have a requirement to develop a custom HTML page and which should be accessible in Mobile as well. Since our version 8.2 doesn't support HTML pages in mobile app, I would like to know if we can access D365 8.2 in mobile browser and will HTML web resource works?

Please refer to thread community.dynamics.com/.../724100 where the verified answer is stating that is not possible.

Please not that i checked on a CRM Organization on-premisse version 8.2.15.2 (latest version from 8.2 release), the only option available within Web Resource is to enable for tablets.
