Error Loading Control - Timeline

Since moving some customized forms from my dev to my test environment, all of my forms now show a "Error loading control" error instead of the timeline. Happens in multiple browsers, I've removed and re-added the timeline, and it's happening on all records that have a timeline. 

I've also made sure that only relevant activities are enabled, in case that was the issue. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    To help us investigate this issue further, we kindly request that you share the error log by clicking on the "Error loading control" link. Alternatively, if you could provide us with a screenshot of the error, it’d be helpful as well. 

    Meanwhile, you can refer to this blog if you are facing the same issue mentioned in the blog.

    Most of the time, this error occurs due to below reasons: 

    1. Insufficient Security roles and permissions regarding the user.
    2. The CRM version may not have been updated properly despite the update being carried out.

    Kindly make sure the user has adequate permissions and your CRM is on the latest version. 

    However, if these solutions do not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting customer support for further assistance.

    Hi,

    Please check the following points.

    1.Check your security role permission.

    2.Check if there is any custom JS or plug-in in case.

    3.Check if there is any error message with more details.

    4.Clear your browser cache

    5.Check your instance is on latest builds.

    6.Check lack of data in this environment.
