SmartList Builder Notes Gone

Hello:

SmartList Builder, like many GP windows, has a note field near the SmartList ID field.

Yesterday, I noticed that all such notes are gone.

Hopefully, they are simply "hidden" within a SQL table and can be retrieved.  That table is not the "regular" SY03900 table.  That's a "company" table and not a system table.

Which table contains SmartList Builder notes?  Also, other than restoring a backup from whenever the notes got "carried off", is there a way to retrieve these?

Almost as important, why would something like this happen?

We're on GP 2013 R2 (12.00.1920).

Thanks!

John

    I have another update.

Smartlist Builder's notes are kept in the company database table, SY03900, and are displayed only when you are logged into particular company in GP.  Then, you can see notes that have been created and saved while logged into particular company.

    RE: SmartList Builder Notes Gone

    Hello:

I have an update.  The notes are back!  Somehow, the notes have "magically" reappeared.  I discovered this, earlier this morning.

Although I'm glad about this, I'd like to know why the notes temporarily disappeared, in the first place.  Does anybody have any ideas?

Can someone at least tell me the name of the SQL table that holds SmartList Builder's notes?

    Thank you!

    John
