I want to capture the usuage of specific dashboards(e.g. date and time of access, dashboard name, user name) through plugin/js/sql.
Is there anyway to capture the audit login of user in particular crm dashboard and display it on report?

Yes, you can develop a SSRS report as mentioned below:

Once the report is created, include it in your dashboard.
