I have one user in my organization that will randomly get an error when they try to use the Dynamics 365 Outlook App in their Outlook Desktop Client.
The app reads, " ADD-IN ERROR - Sorry, we had to restart because this add-in wasn't responding."
Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this?
We are running the latest Version of Outlook and Dynamics 365.

Thanks for reaching out to community forum for Dynamics. It is due to the addin facing timeout issue while rendering in Outlook Desktop application.
Does this occur when user tries to load teh app in Outlook Web App.
Also this error can occur because of a disabled security feature which the Outlook client requires when an add-in is installed. To enable this security feature do the following:
1. Navigate to Internet Options.
2. Navigate to the Security tab and ensure that the ‘Enable Protected Mode’ box is ticked.
3. Press ‘OK’ and close Internet Explorer and Outlook.
4. Re-open Outlook and press the ‘Dynamics 365’ add-in.
You may need to restart your PC before the changes take effect.
If it still occurs you need to update the Outlook Desktop Application.
