How to increase the Retail POS timeout?

Since the first 6 months of Go Live until now, we are unable to use the following function in the Retail POS because of timeout.

1. Show journal for receipt printing.

2. Almost all of the reports in the Retail POS

And that affects our everyday transaction in the store. our system provider is not able or cannot provide us solution to this issue and it's been almost 3 years now since our Go Live.

Note: When using the above functions, Retail POS error is showed:

1. "Cannot switch to offline database" and "Store Database is not available. Switching to offline database"

- No event logs was registered

2. I believed it's regarding the timeout of the application

- I just want to increase the timeout for the benefit of the doubt and to also prove if it is really the timeout.

Kindly guide me in solving this problem.

I am familiar in the following:

1. AOT

2. Little bit of X++ and MorphX

3. Retail POS SDK

Thanks in advance.
