Hi All

Hope you can help me with this

We have intercompany orders that are not invoiced that are presenting this error when we want to change the unit price.

Safety level on the attached intercompany order(s) prevents modification of this order

I have checked against intercompany orders that have worked against that customer and the sales tax etc all look as expected. The PO and SO module show that the safety level is locked which is the standard for us and we don't want to turn this on as a precaution

Has anyone encountered this error on uninvolced intercompany orders before?

Hi Mairead,

Have you double checked PO, SO or related order without invoicing?

Generally, the error means the related SO or PO has been invoiced.
