AR team having issues with attaching files in AX 2012

Hi All,

 

Our AR team is experiencing issues when we try to attach files, it’s saying that there are no files attached, but they are showing on the attachments.

 

But when you try to open the file you get the following error message.

    The form that you shared looks like something that has been adjusted.

    Can you please get in touch with the developer who designed that and ask for some help?
