Connect to On premise CRM environment using ServiceClient

I'm using Microsoft.PowerPlatform.Dataverse.Client to connect to both online and On-Premises Dynamics CRM organization. I am able to obtain the service object using the ServiceClient method for Online environment however it is failing to connect to on-premises environment.

I'm using the following method to connect to the environment,https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.powerplatform.dataverse.client.serviceclient.-ctor?view=dataverse-sdk-latest#microsoft-powerplatform-dataverse-client-serviceclient-ctor(system-string-system-security-securestring-system-string-system-string-system-string-system-string-system-boolean-system-boolean-microsoft-xrm-sdk-discovery-organizationdetail-system-string-system-uri-microsoft-powerplatform-dataverse-client-auth-promptbehavior-system-string-microsoft-extensions-logging-ilogger)

Getting the below error,
'Environment URL is required when connecting to On Premises'

Any help would be appreciated.
