When I try to generate the preview VAT return I got the error below (Tax / Inquiries and report / Electronic message / Electronic message):
I made all the MTD setup and was working, but when I refreshed the environment did not wor, I create a new Client ID, Client secret, user and password, with new token and still not working, I downloaded the file from LCS and uploaded and not, did anyone has an idea what could cause this error?
