Hi,
We are working with Marketing Forms and have a request for an Upload Option to the Form e.g. PDFs.
Essentially, a button/option to add attachments to the final Marketing Form response.
I believe this feature was on the roadmap a while back but there were Security concerns, does anybody have any experience in fulfilling this requirement?
Many thanks,
Zak
Hi Zak,
I was able to implement a solution for a client recently that had this same requirement. The solution is a combination of Flow HTTP Request (d365demystified.com/.../) and javascript (developer.mozilla.org/.../readAsDataURL). For my client, we ended up also creating a small form on the Marketing page where the Marketing form exists. This form included the file upload, the email field, and the URL from the "When an HTTP Request is Received" flow. The email value serves as the key you can use in the Flow to search Dynamics for the person who uploaded the file and then you can include the uploaded file as a Notes attachment. I hope it helps you and I'd be glad to answer any questions you have! I can get some of the javascript code for you if you need an example.
Hi Zak,
Please refer to the answer to the following issue:
(+) Dynamics 365 Marketing Forms File Upload Field - Dynamics 365 Marketing Forum Community Forum
There is now no OOTB feature in Marketing Form to upload files unfortunately.
