[Field Filter] Hide mobile phone for people that are not owners of a contact

Dear all,

We're using 365 Dynamics to monitor a huge contacts portfolio. We want to make all users to have access to the contacts, but that the Mobile Phone Numbers are accessible only for the contacts owners.

I've been desperately trying to find a way to perform it, knowing that field level security cannot work, as the restriction is required at owner level - not managed by the field level security.

It seems quite complicated to perform what we're trying to do, even if we have some clues in the link below:

Do you have any clue on how to implement it, even in JavaScript (provided that I don't actually know the language) ?
