I understand that the contents edited with Parsonalize that can be used in Finance & Operations will disappear with the update of FO. If you have this answer in the official documentation from Microsoft, please let me know.

D365FO is an evergreen solution ('one version'). The only thing you get is regular platform updates that are however different from what you might be used to in older AX versions. That is, those platform updates won't break your personalizations or other things that you setup in D365FO.

For now, no official document indicates that personalization feature will be deprecated/removed.

No such official document has been found.
But my personal thought is that it will not be deleted, and the frequency of updates is very high. If you will delete them every time you update, then the personalized function will not make much sense.
Of course, you can manage or import by exporting personalized settings, and now you have Saved views.
