Management reporter Error

Dear Experts,

I have started exploring Management reporter and I am stuck after I have created first ever report in MR.

I am trying to create a simple trial balance report (very easiest one), however I am getting the below error after generation of the report.

Can you kindly guide me please? all the details I have added below.

    Hi Ramit,

    Are you in one of the MS contoso demo companies or in a different test/dev environment?

    Do you have transactions posted for the period 2021-22?

    Hi Ludwig,

    I am in one of my customer's UAT env, transactions are posted in 2021-22.

    Also, I can generate other default report in the same env, like trial balance summery report.

    Am I missing something to configure?

    I did Andre, though I think this is some confg issue but I have reset data mart as well.

    Good morning Ramit,

    This sounds all a bit strange because your report setup seems ok.

    Can you quickly create a new and fresh report with a single account (= single line in the row definition) only to see if that even works?

    If it does not then reach out to your system admins or the MS support as there must be something wrong in this case.
