New button for attachments are disabled

Hi All,

we have the new button disabled on all attachments in the D365FinOps cloud version, the user option for document handling is enabled, and check box for the use active document tables in document management parameters is also checked.

what could be the issue ?

Hi Mohammad,

Have you set up document types in this environment? Have you also set up tables on the Active document tables form?

Thanks a lot Andre,

another question please, old attachments are not there after troubleshooting, found that only docuref is upgraded bu docuvalue was empty, and the ERP is live two weeks ago, so i cant redo the upgrade, is there a way i could upgrade the attachments alone ? DMF or any tool ?
