Is there any way to change the environment administrator for Cloud Hosted Environment from LCS?

Can you clarify your question? There are multiple interpretations possible. Are you looking for a way to change the user linked to the Admin user in the application or do you want to change users on the VM itself for e.g. remote desktop access?
Hi Yuji, We can change Environment Administrator of Tier2 and above environment from LCS under Maintain tab. However, i don't think its possible for Tier1 (Cloud Hosted) Environment. You can raise request to Microsoft to change it.
