Getting error at the time of creating new POS operation

Hi Experts,
 
By mistake I have deleted one existing POS operation in the HQ. The operation id is 128 and the name is: override transaction tax list from. 
 
Now when I'm trying to add it again by clicking on new firstly it is giving a warning stated that the custom operation ID has to start from 4000.
 
And then after closing this window I'm getting another error message as below:
 
Seeking help to get this resolved! Appreciated advanced..!

    Run Initialize in the Commerce Parameters form it will recreate it automatically as it is a standard operation.

    I tried with Initialize but it does not work. Could you please suggest any other ways.
     
     
    Error detail:
    1. Has not created a record in RetailAttachedServiceMaster because there was already a record with the Service ID [Microsoft_Retail_BotFramework]. Updated its BaseUrl to the value 'https://retail.rsu.powerapps.com' and DisplayName to the value 'Bot framework'. Original value of the BaseUrl was 'https://retail.rsu.powerapps.com'. Original value of the DisplayName was 'Bot framework'.
    2. Will not create a record in RetailAttachedServiceMaster because there is already a record with the Service ID [Microsoft_Retail_BotFramework]. Updating its BaseUrl to the value 'https://retail.rsu.powerapps.com' and DisplayName to the value 'Bot framework'. Original value of the BaseUrl is 'https://retail.rsu.powerapps.com'. Original value of the DisplayName is 'Bot framework'.

    Those are just info panels and not errors which you can ignore. Once run you can go to POS Operations and check if the operation is available or not. I tried it from my end and it worked.
