Shortcut key for open in the new tab

Hi guys,

A while ago, I found some discussion or page talking that we can display the /View detail/ in a new tab. If I can recall just a bit, it was talking about the need to press Ctrl key but how and as and when the key is pressed I really forget. Unfortunately I was distracted at that moment so I've lost where I saw this.

Anyone can share some info about this ?

So instead the /View detail/ will take us to the source table form and replace the current screen, so we need to press Back button to go back again, we can have the source table form in another tab without loosing the 1st screen.

Hi Voltes,

There is no option to view details into another tab page in browser.

One option will be open in new page where you can make use of it.

Hi Voltes, I found this thread which is referring to open form in new window. This feature is available OOTB, however, as Girish mentioned, don't think opening form in new browser tab is possible.

Hi Voltes,
You can refer to Girish and Mohit's answers. By the way, not sure what you want to see is the shortcuts page shown in the screenshot? If so, right click on the form and select Shortcut.
