Is it possible to create "if then" tiles within a customer journey based on specific answers of a customer voice survey? At the moment if I choose a customer voice survey I am able to select the answered question, yet I am not sure if I can create a condition based on a specific answer.
I know I am able to create a dynamic segment based on specific answers and establish them as swimlanes, yet I was curious if it is possible within the journey!
