Hello everyone,
1. Is it a bad idea to make customizations to the default "Opportunity Sales Process" rather than duplicating it and making customizations there?
- My thought here is if I stay with the default process and customize it, that it doesn't mess with reporting built-in.
2. If I do make a second process how do I make it the defaulted to process that my firm uses?
- I know I can switch processes within each account during an opportunity process but I want my new process built off the default duplication with a few more fields to be the sales default.
3. If I want to rename the "Develop" stage to "Contracts" do I need to make a new category?
- I want this stage to reflect some different fields than are built-in, will it mess up the reporting and do I need to make a new category somehow for the power apps design page for the BPF?
