Order Product Unit Issue

Posted on by 360

Hi All,

When I add the product to the order, I see the attached error. The product is registered with the relevant product unit. It sounds business required and blank.
A default value and required control was given using the business rule. But the error still persists. If problem will not resolved, I will create custom entity. Anyone knows this problem ? Can you help me?

Thanks Regards.

    Hi Leah,

    Firstly thanks your response.

I'm CRM Admin in my project so this problem is not caused by priveleges. I check business process flows roles and try make deactive, problem was not resolved.

    Hi Onur,

Maybe you need check the permissions of each entity involved in this page (Order, product) firstly.

Go Settings > security > user to click the user who meet error and check what security are assigned.

Then go Settings > security > security role to check each entity permission.
