Hi everybody,
I've an integration that works fine, but as a new requirement we need the integration to not include sales orders with the bachnumb of 'webapp' as these orders come from a custom application and will be processed manually.
1.- The picture is not good but the filter expression is as follows:
And Batchid\BatchID is not equal 'webapp'
2.- I've alse tried the following, but no success:
And BatchID\Batch Source is not equal 'webapp'
So far the filter fails and I'm stuck, there is no real help out there anymore, we are running Dynamics GP 2013 and CRM 2011
Really appreciate your urgent help
Hi,
It looks like you are using the CRM adapter to bring the data into GP, and you are trying to exclude the webapp batches from coming through via mapping in CRM. Honestly, here in GP support we generally assist with setting up the web services to connect GP to the tool.
Since the connection seems to be working between CRM and GP, have you considered posting this forum on the CRM Community forums as well in case someone there has further insight around the mapping itself?

I’m not a CRM expert by any means, so please take this suggestion with a grain of salt: Have you tried to remove the single quotes around the batch name? Again, I’m not a CRM expert but I do know that for some user interfaces (like GP) will read that quote as part of the batch name itself. This would cause the product to think the batch was called ‘webapp’ instead of webapp.
I’m hoping others in the community have additional suggestions for you!
Thank you for using Dynamics Communities,
